18 Sep Site Plan Application for 1145 Carling Avenue
The City’s Planning Department has received a Site Plan application for 1145 Carling Avenue. The application is to permit an additional 92 parking spaces at the Royal Ottawa Hospital to meet the needs of the existing facility. The existing green space adjacent to the current parking lot is the proposed location for the expanded parking area.
Although the Site Plan application is in Councillor Leiper’s ward, I wanted to give River ward residents the opportunity to comment on the proposal. Please provide comments by October 1st so I may share them with the lead City planner of the file.
