DESCRIPTION:3071 Riverside Drive Public Meeting \nResidents are invited to attend a second public meeting to review the plan of subdivision and zoning amendment application for the property at 3071 Riverside Drive\, formerly occupied by Bayview Public School. The objective of the meeting is for residents to review the plans for the development of the land and share their feedback with both City Planning staff and the land developer Canoe Bay. \nThe public meeting will take place on Wednesday\, November 1 in the main sanctuary of the Riverside Churches\, 3191 Riverside Drive. An open house will begin at 6:30pm followed by a presentation and QandA session for residents at 7:00pm. \n
