SUMMARY:Norberry Residences Public Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Norberry Crescent Development Public Meeting \nI have recently met with representatives of the Norberry Apartments\, along with the RPCRA President and Vice President\, about their expansion plans. I am hosting a public meeting for residents on Thursday\, November 9 in the main sanctuary of the Riverside Churches\, 3191 Riverside Drive. This will provide any interested residents the opportunity to learn more about the revised development plans for the site. The public meeting will begin with an open house at 7:00pm followed by a presentation and QandA session for residents 7:30pm. \nThe plan still calls for three separate apartment buildings to be constructed\, however they are now slightly lower in height. The proposal will also incorporate a new reinforced parking garage structure for residents who wish to continue to use that facility. \nIf you are unable to make it to either of the public meetings and would like to meet with me separately\, I am always available to meet with residents or community groups. If you would like any information on any of these files\, please feel free to contact my office. I look forward to seeing you at the public meetings. \n
