As you may be aware, Canada Post is currently in the midst of implementing their Community Mailbox program across the City of Ottawa and within a number of communities in River Ward. Over the last several weeks I have had a number of inquiries from residents on the implementation of Canada Post’s program as well as the role of the City of Ottawa plays during its implementation.
I wanted to share with you the following Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) that my office helped develop, which may respond to any questions or concerns you may have about the program.
