Brigil has drafted four preliminary concepts since purchasing the Riverside Mall property in November 2019. With community input, the design has been considerably scaled back from 679 units to 383 units. The application for the current proposal is expected to soon be filed with the City. The design features four buildings, each with their own unique architecture, design features and underground parking. The vision includes a six-storey building at the southwest corner of the property fronting Ridgewood Avenue, two four-storey buildings on the east side of the property, and a 15-storey building at the northwest corner with an attached six-storey podium. The concept also includes dedicated public space and amenity space.
