Ottawa Community Housing is hosting a public consultation regarding a proposed development located at 1 Shearwater Private. The complex will replace one row of 8 townhomes with an apartment building containing 45 dwelling units comprising a mix of 1,2 and 3 bedroom units, primarily with a focus on family units.
