23 Jan Carleton Heights and Area Residents Association February Frolic
Residents in the Carleton Heights area are encouraged to come out to the FEBRUARY FROLIC being held on Sunday, February 1st from 12pm to 3pm at the Carleton Heights Community Centre.
Inside the community centre they will be having a small/home business fair in the gym, a photographer will be doing a photobooth, there’s a free craft room for the kids, and in the lobby they’ll be selling pizza/drinks, tickets, and will have a free hot chocolate table.
Outside, there will be horsedrawn carriage rides, ringette and shoot to win games on the boarded rink, and broomball in the field. In the baseball diamond they’ll have a snowball target practice going on, as well as a tug of war game. Not to mention just regular skating at the puddle rinks too, and perhaps some snowmen making.
Off-site, at the Moffat Farm Trail, we’ll be doing snowshoeing starting at the Prince of Wales-Normandy crossing, and finishing at the Prince of Wales-Falaise crossing.
Fun for the whole family!
