For those new to the school, the Holly Fair is a Winter Holiday themed carnival where students have the opportunity to share their school spirit with family and friends. Attendees can buy a Fair Passport that allows access to activity stations set up in several classrooms (cookie decorating, bingo, a craft, fishpond, and The Cake Walk), and they can buy game tickets for the awesome carnival games in the large gym. There’s a Café area where we serve hot and cold drinks, along with donated snacks. Candy Lane hosts the Gift Basket Raffle, the Teacher Jar Raffle, and the Silent Auction. And finally the small gym is set up as our Holly Mall a ‘kids only’ shopping area where, with only a few dollars they can buy a little something for the special people in their lives. The children really enjoy the Holly Fair and discuss it for weeks in advance at home and at school. Basically, it’s a fun family event and a great way for your child to show off their school to the whole family!
