Public Meeting – Tudor Hall Development
The City of Ottawa has received a Zoning By-Law Amendment application from the new owners of Tudor Hall, Jennings Real Estate. They are proposing to redevelop their facility at 3750 North Bowesville Road. The proposal will include the construction of two, fourteen-storey apartment buildings, connected via a single storey podium. The towers are intended to provide purpose built rentals of 365 units and consist of a mix of unit sizes, including studio, one and two bedroom units to accommodate the needs of the community.
