This is an opportunity to learn about and discuss the overall plan and recommendations for the extension of the Confederation Line from Tunney’s Pasture to Baseline and Bayshore Stations.
The open house will take place from:
6 to 8:30 p.m.
Wednesday, April 29
Jean Pigott Place
main floor of City Hall (110 Laurier Avenue West)
a presentation will begin at 7 p.m.
The presentation and displays will feature an overview of recommendations along the entire Confederation Line LRT West Extension as well as design recommendations for the segment from Lincoln Fields Station to Bayshore Station. The western light rail transit extension is one of three environmental assessment studies currently underway as part of the City’s Stage 2 rail package, which aims to add 19 new stations and 30 kilometres to our light rail transit network, extending it farther east, west and south by 2023.
