Please be advised that there has been a further delay in opening the Carling Avenue Eastbound on-ramp on November 4, 2019. Due to issues encountered with the condition of the existing bridge, the rehabilitation works have taken significantly longer than anticipated on both the North and South ends of the Merivale Road structure. As a result the Ontario Ministry of Transportation is now targeting an opening date on the week of November 18^th to 22^nd, but I will provide an update once the exact date is known.
