Zoning Amendment and Site Plan Application 890 Greenbriar Avenue

Zoning Amendment and Site Plan Application 890 Greenbriar Avenue

On June 16, 2015, I hosted a public meeting at the Carleton Heights Community Centre that provided an overview of the preliminary plans of the RGB Group’s intentions to develop the property located at 890 Greenbriar Avenue.

890 Greenbriar - site mapThe City’s Planning Department has recently received a formal zoning bylaw amendment application for 890 Greenbriar Avenue. The applicant wishes to rezone the site to allow for the development of two townhouse blocks comprising of nine total units. The proposal is a mirror image with similar architectural style to the existing townhouse development on Montauk Private. Each unit is to have an attached garage for one vehicle and vehicular access via the existing Montauk Private.

The Planning Committee has tentatively scheduled the application to considered on June 14, 2016. Any interested resident(s) who wishes to speak at the committee meeting may contact my office for registration with the committee coordinator once the agenda has been released.
